Thank you Oceania! 46 submissions from 2 countries for AIPS Sport Media Awards 2021
LAUSANNE, December 26, 2021 - AIPS received 46 submissions from Europe for the fourth edition of the AIPS Sport Media Awards, with 2 countries represented.
The fourth edition of the prestigious Awards amassed over 1700 submissions, published between November 10, 2020 and November 4, 2021, from at least 133 different countries. And as usual, all continents were represented.
JUDGING Following the thorough review of every entry to make sure that all the materials received are correct and abide by the rules, judging has begun. In total, there are five voting stages conducted by 40 professionals from 35 nations en route to the Awards ceremony.
The first stage corresponds to a panel of specialists and mentors, who will narrow the submissions into a longlist per category. The members of the Executive Committee will make a first vote as they will select a shortlist.
The members of the Jury then will vote for the Top 10 nominees, Top 3 finalists and, the day before the ceremony, the winners. These voting stages will be conducted in January and February 2022.
THANK YOU The AIPS Sport Media Awards team would like to thank all participants for their commitment to sport media excellence. Certificates will be sent to all participants in the coming weeks.
See the list of the participating journalists from Oceania who sent in 46 submissions in all the categories of the AIPS Sport Media Awards below.
Remember, each participant could present a maximum of two in the same or in two different categories. The same name will appear just one time if two submissions were made in the same category (names with *), while it will appear twice if the author submitted in two different categories.
