Lausanne gets ready for the AIPS Sport Media Awards gala

The ceremony will take place on January 21st, at the Beau-Rivage Palace Hotel, in Lausanne, Switzerland.
 

The first edition of the AIPS Sport Media Awards is coming to a glorious end as finalists get ready to travel to Lausanne, Switzerland, where the AIPS Sport Media Awards gala will take place on January 21, at the stunning Beau-Rivage Palace Hotel, with live TV coverage.
 
The Awards had a massive global repercussion, with 1273 submissions coming from journalists of 119 different nations. It is to all of them that we need to thank and to congratulate, for their inspirational work and participation.
 
After being reviewed and voted by AIPS Executive Committee and the 12 members of the Jury, candidates for each category were subsequently narrowed to 20, 10 and finally three.
 
The winners will receive a trophy and US$ 8,000. Second-placed will receive US$ 3,000 and third-placed, US$ 2,000.
 
The #SportMediaExcellence tour is just starting. As we celebrate the names of the those that made the final, we also encourage you to get ready for the next edition of the AIPS Sport Media Awards!
